Better value and communication with your customers....

I've been a dedicated PT users for almost 10 years. I'm always the first onboard with new releases and have been very patient over the years as the quality of new releases has gone down and the cost of getting things has gone up (almost to absurd) as the idea of ala'cart functionality (read: AIR, mp3 export, etc.) is simply frustrating. Give your customers more features, and better communication channels with your product development teams. Also, stop giving us things we dont ask for (read; eleven) and give us things we are asking for (read: ADC in LE). If you look at how long this site has been up and running, it appears only (2) items have been implemented? To AVID, ProTools is not the only good DAW on the block any more. You really need to take care of your loyal customers before we start jumping ship. Its just getting ridiculous...
