Fix Video On/Off Line bug!!!

Since PT moved to Leopard (7.4), taking the picture off-line (⇧⌘J) makes it disappear instead of just staying parked. If I wanted to make it disappear, I could could just ⌘9 to hide the video window. It was fine in 7.3.9 and below. This is a hugely important detail in keeping things transparent for clients while I edit in the background, and is the only thing keeping me on Tiger and from upgrading to PT 8.
