Why do I need extenders to connect my keyboard and mouse to the mac, when I have a S3 with USB ports on the same desk.
A separate soft key assignment for e.g. aux j to fader would be more convenient than pushing aux-page-page-page-page-page-page-page-page-page-flip.
In the Eucontrol Soft Key Command Editor,
only the first x Memory Locations are available.
If you have a lot of Memory Locations in a session,
those without time properties (e. g. to recall a track view only)
are always put at the end of the list and inaccessible by Eucontrol.
Making fader layouts is way too slow.
* Assign tracks clicking on tracks or faders in Pro Tools
* Use the same key commands of Pro Tools routing when assigning tracks in Eucontrol (eg. ALT + blank strip = all tracks blank, SHIFT + ALT + blank strip track = only selected tracks blank, ALT + CMD + track 1 = track 1, track 2, track 3, ...)
* Assign tracks touching faders on the S3
The ability to import and export S3 fader layouts, especially since they get lost when opening and saving a session with non S3 equipped Pro Tools setups. Importing fader layouts from an older session would be much faster, than starting all over in the S3 editor.
Would love a quick(er) way to remove errant pan info from a clip, similar to the clip gain reset hotkey combo.

CB USB-422 not (really) working with macOS Sierra
The 9-pin serial ports on DNxIO are untested with Pro Tools.
recorded a track, played back with some plug-ins active
track played out of sync
until i closed session and re-opened it.
then track played back in sync.
With all the post-production projects ProTools is used for, I can't understand why, in 2017, there's no built-in auto-conform feature. Seems like an obvious, fairly simple feature the program should have had years ago. Why must we go to a third-party application, or spend hours typing to simply transfer time code numbers from an EDL or OMF? Isn't that the sort of thing computers are supposed to be good at?
When unauthorized plugin screen comes up allow to select some plugins and not be forced to leave them all or move them all.
