Support for iLok in the Cloud

So iLok software v4 now supports iLok in the cloud.

It would be great to see Pro Tools supporting this option!

Cloud Collaboration For Post-Production

Hello, I started working on a feature film recently, with the group of people. We decided to use Avid Cloud Collaboration as the deadlines are tight as always. But unfortunately we ran into problems right away, specifically we cannot work on the same channel simultaneously. Sharing edits or even markers deletes other people's work on the same channel or marker field. We found a workaround, but this doubled the session ...more »

Collaboration tools show blank window, no error message

64-bit Windows 7 Ultimate, Intel core i7-6700K CPU 4.00 GHz, 16 GB RAM, running ProTools 12.5.2 In collaboration tools, both the invite another user and artist chat buttons create a blank popup window that never populates (waited up to 20 minutes). Create your own local cloud

most studios are in business and industrial areas where the internet costs hundreds of dollars to have something even close to acceptable to even use the creative cloud. I have my own network drive that i SHOULD be able to connect to locally but no, i have to use this stinky cloud whose storage capacity (even when you pay for it) is a joke.

Unlimited Projects

The cloud collaboration feature for Projects should include an option to store and collaborate on unlimited Projects using a single account.

Limiting an account to 5 or 10 projects makes the feature hard to use for users who sometimes juggle 20 Projects at a time.

Working as a Project when the need arises and as a Session by default isn't sustainable when managing high volume work flows.
