Update Looks for HD Interfaces

I think that Digi should update the color scheme in the HD interfaces to match the ICON ES systems. The color scheme that is use now is based off of the old ICONs. This is just a quick concept of the color scheme.

Option to turn off waveform resizing when applying clip-gain

With sound turned down a lot it´s impossible to see the wave-form. I understand that the auto-resizing waveform is practical for dialog-editing but for ambience cutting it´s not that helpful. Would be great to have an option to turn off the dynamic resizing of waveforms with clip-gain. Maybe an option under view/clip/ so we can use apple system shortcuts to turn it on and off?

change shift-m short cut to something less "acrobatic"

The key command for mute is not really helpful. The M is too far away to reach with the left hand while holding shift. I'd like a key that can be reached with the left hand so I don't have to let go of the mouse to mute a track. Solo works fine. Mute doesn't. Using M seems obvious but once you use it, it's not.

TDM support in Pro Tools 11

Avid Technology, Inc. has stated that it’s previous generation TDM technology will cease to be supported from Pro Tools version 11 onwards. Version 11 will be the first 64 bit release of Pro Tools and Avid has stated publicly that it is technically impossible to implement TDM technology in a 64 bit environment. TDM users will therefore be forced to purchase Avid’s new HDX technology if they wish to upgrade to Pro Tools ...more »

2-Dimensional Panning

Allow 2-dimensional panning with user-specified left-right and up-down effects. For instance, left-right motion corresponds to normal left-right panning as well as left-right panning into a stereo-in/stereo-out reverb, while up-down corresponds to the level sent to the reverb).

Password Protect the Session

Sorry if I'm being too hard on this comments, but yesterday happened AGAIN. If anyone here who works in a studio with 2, 3, 4 etc engineers know exactly what I'm talking about. Some bastards stole files from bands I've recorded, some opened my sessions to figure out how to work and saved things to try to screw me. Please, vote on this one guys. I appreciate that!!!

Only ONE undo when nudging something

When nudging a region, fade, data etc. using the keyboard, a new undo step is created on every key stroke. (Actually, also on every step if you hold down the key.)

It would make sense to create only ONE undo for all the key hits, until you select something else. Photoshop and other programs work this way and it is much more convenient...
