Please add a shortcut for activating / deactivating the Automation Preview feature.
It would be nice to have a shortcut while dragging plugins around that would shuffle the order of plugins. This way the user can experiment with the plugin chain order.
Would love the ability to have a "clear solo" hot-key. I know that you can map this to a, for example, EUcon, but it would be great if it also had an easy access keyboard shortcut.
Edit: I should clarify. I am aware of alt + clicking the solo-button on a track, but I am talking about a keyboard only shortcut.
I utilise the transpose semitone key command all the time and would find a octave transpose key command very useful and a huge time saver.
Create new keyboard shortcut to move a clip vertically without cutting and pasting.
I've just moved from PT 10 to 12. Since the beginning of time, I have used "Control+F" as an OSX keyboard shortcut for "Delete" in Pro tools, meaning I could select the tracks I wanted, and using this shortcut, delete them without having to "right click" or "command+click" or go through any menus. It would be wonderful to be able to create shortcuts to open specific Virtual Instruments on new Instrument tracks. Presently, to instantiate Kontakt, I have to use the New Track command, use the key commands to choose Stereo and Instrument, and hold-and-scroll through a sizable number of VIs until I get to Kontakt. It would be great to have EuCon commands for common audio suite buttons such as Render, Bypass, Audition, Whole File / handle amount Listen, Send etc...
I normally solo tracks with the shortcut Shift+S. When an Mix/Edit Group as specified in the Group Globals is set to Solo and Mute, all Tracks of the group follow the solo shortcut. In most cases this is desired, but often I want to solo just one track without suspending the groups.
