QUICKER WORK FLOW 

I work in audio editing, mainly broadcast imaging and commercials, After 9 years of Tools I'm not sure if these already exist? I never picked up a manual.

1. AUDIO SUITE RECORD MODE
So many times in a day I apply the same series of audio suite plug ins to a region. It would be great to write a script by pressing record before applying my chain of plug ins, then exciting record mode and titling it as a setting. Imagine the old reverse suck sfx application at the press of a button rather than >reverse>reverb>reverse.

2. FLOATING AUDIO WINDOW
While in a template loaded with sfx, its a laboring task to drag audio in from my region bank, especially with the size of our apple screens nowadays. I'd like to suggest at the click of a quick key a Floating Window appear at the place of cursor, with shortlisted audio that we access often, ie plane sfx, crowd sfx, clap fx, maybe some zips and zaps.... by double clicking on the file in the floating window the audio drops to where the cursor is.

3. VOICE TRACK EDIT PLUG IN
Along the same lines that Elastic audio read transients in music, would be cool to have an audio suite plug in that detects transient in a voice recording, to that way we can shift select multiple regions and delete, snappping a vo back in line de-breathed. Should be able to tweak the Transient reading sensitivity, how tight you can crop a marker from the transient and a cross fade option.

4. BOUNCE TEMPLATES
In the bounce window to have bounce presets at the top of the window, rather then having to reselect output options, would love to have a 16/44100/wave bounce setting, another for 48, another for mp3 etc. Users should be able to label their settings.. eg CD BURN or HI DEF RADIO .. same with Audio Export.

5. MULTIPLE PASTING
Right now we can cut and paste one region (or set of)... love to be able to cut/copy 3 or 4 peices of audio and paste them when needed. Maybe see point 2 above and have a floating window of the last 5 pasted regions to select from, while the immediate cut region still remains pasted using C

6. OFFLINE BOUNCE
Im only guessing the reason PT cant bounce offline is because of the insert set up and plug ins (?), maybe have a second window, or alternatively maybe call it PRO TOOLS BOUNCE, who knows..... simply a page that allows all the same editing and work flow options that allows us to bounce offline providing the session is free of inserts.
Soo many hours is spent in radio bouncing down 3 hour shows that dont always use inserts, simply raw files sitting in the session, packaging, announcer talk breaks and songs. Surely if Cool Edit (am i showing my age) can do this Digi can, PT needs a little brother.
