In other DAW's like Logic, Artis Transport could have the Jog Wheel assigned to whatever fader, button, or parameter you click on. This feature is called Assignable Knob and it is a HUGE time saver for the Artis Transport User. It alone it worth the purchase, unfortunately this feature is not available in PT...
With the MC Mix and the MC Control I have 12 fader but can only bank in 4-fader-steps. I want to bank all my 12 faders at ones.
I don't no how about two MC Mix, but if you can there only in 8-fader-steps than it would be better to bank in 16-fader-steps.
Please, make the pedal input into a user assignable key command, so it can be used with a talkback plugin like the one from source elements..
Or better yet, program the talkback functionality into protools, with auto talkback and dimmer..
As it stands, talkback is kind of a problem with an artist/omni setup.
Is it possible to bring into MC Control tactile screen the graphic view of EQ's and Dynamics Channel Strip plug-in so that we can control it easily. Channel Strip is now integrated to PT10 and is a great simulation. The parameters (45) are too difficult to control with the MC Mix (I have 3 of them) and are nearly not readable. It would be great to use the tatile screen either with finger or with the rotary buttons.
When the fader is up near the REC and SEL buttons, there is very little space to press these buttons without bumping the fader and messing up the mix. Please make more room here or move the buttons out of the way.

The current connection system for multiple MC units is flimsy and of poor design. Try moving 4 connected units from a desk- it's a wobbly flimsy POS.
There needs to be an option to connect some sort of rigid support bar across the underside of all units to create a SOLID connection solution.
Release a Euphonix-branded single motorised fader and transport controller with a small desktop footprint akin to the Frontier Alphatrack and PreSonus FaderPort but much better and with EuCon integration. Would be very handy for portable rigs who don't want to drag around their MC Control or MC Mix.
Just as the EQ window pops up for the selected channel when you select the EQ soft knob on the Artist Control unit, it would be obvious to have the Panner window pop up for the selected track when you touch the Panner soft knob. I'd like to see this on the mix units too.
Regardless of how many Artist MC and Mixes are connected, banking always occurs 8 tracks at a time, instead of all at the same time.
I.E., I have 20 Channels and I would expect, when I bank, that it would bank channels
1 MC Control + 2 MC Mix=
Tracks 1 - 20
Tracks 21 - 40
Tracks 41 - 60,
and so on.

Would be great if there was an automaton mode called "auto preview" so that PT automatically goes into preview when you touch or twist a knob on the artist control.
When a track is hidden in Pro Tools it can't be assigned to a fader on the Artist Series controllers like MC Control and MC Mix, and thus the solo and mute buttons don't work either. This works with Command 8, as well as D-Command and D-Control. It seems an oversight not to enable this in the Artist Series.
Current setup from left to right is: MCMIX, MCMIX,TRANSPORT and MCMIX
Centered on the desk, the 2nd MC-Mix is pretty much to my center position.
Workflow wise, when I want to activate a plugin or config - all the parameters by default spill over to the left-most MC. This is where things get annoying as my eyes are still looking center... now i have to lose my train of thought... more »
